By signing up to becoming a member of TBC, you agree to the following:

  1. To comply with licensing laws, you must be 18 years or over to join TBC. Therefore, you will be asked to provide proof of identity, in which case you must show a current driving licence or passport. Failure to do will result in your membership application being rejected.
  2. Membership of TBC runs from the ninth (9th) day of the month in which you join to the eighth (8th) day of the following month (the “Membership Period”). Unless you terminate your membership, it will automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis.
  3. The monthly subscription is £25.00 (the “Subscription”). Should you join TBC part way through a Membership Period, your first month’s Subscription shall be adjusted pro rata to the nearest full week.
    1. Payment for the first month’s Subscription will be taken in advance, either in cash or by card, by us. Each subsequent Subscription must then be paid by direct debit on the ninth (9th) day of each month (the “Payment Date”).
    2. By becoming a member of TBC, you are required to set up a direct debit, which must be done by filling in the online form no later than seven (7) working days after joining. Failure to do so will result in your membership being suspended.
    3. By setting up a direct debit, you authorise GoCardless to automatically collect your Subscription each month on our behalf on the nearest working day to the Payment Date. Should your bank account details change at any time during your Membership Period, you must notify us immediately in the same manner as required to give notice of your intention to cancel.
    4. If your direct debit is declined and your Subscription remains unpaid, then this will automatically suspend your membership until payment taken.
  4. The 20% discount applies to draught beers only. We reserve the right to limit the selection of draught beers that qualify for this discount.
  5. If, for any reason, we have to change the ‘Beer of the Week’, we will try to substitute it for a beer of a similar quality, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from such a change.
  6. You must claim your beer from the ‘Beer of the Week’ range within four (4) weeks of becoming entitled to do so. Regrettably, we cannot take responsibility for any unclaimed beer(s) and no refunds or substitutions will be given. For health and safety reasons, we will dispose of any unclaimed beers that are not fit for consumption.
  7. Your membership card is personal to you and cannot be transferred or loaned to another person. Should you lose your membership card, a charge of £5.00 will be made for a replacement card.
  8. If you wish to cancel you membership, you may do so by giving us a minimum of seven (7) working days’ notice prior to your next Payment Date. Notice must be given to us in writing, whether by email to tonic@tripedistilled.co.uk, delivered by hand or posted to 36 Foregate Street, Worcester, WR1 1EE, stating your full name and, if applicable, membership number. Any other form of communication will not be accepted.
  9. If we terminate your membership for any reason, except in the case of Clause 11, we will give you a minimum of seven (7) working days’ notice. We will communicate with you by email. It is, therefore, your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your email address; failure to do so, or provision of an incorrect email address, shall not render the notice ineffective.
  10. Where notice to terminate has been given, your membership will cease at the end of your current Membership Period (the “Termination Date”). You will still be entitled to receive all Membership Benefits up until the Termination Date. If payment for your Subscription is taken after the Termination Date, this amount will be refunded by us to the bank account or card you originally used to make payment for the first month’s Subscription.
